Shou Mei

A fruity white tea from the Fujian Province in China, made from a mix of naturally withered tips and upper leaf from the Da Bai tea tree family. Brews to a pale ecru cup with a very refreshing, slightly sweet taste.

All loose leaf teas are shipped in silver-colored tin canisters, either large (3¼" x 4", holds approximately 5 oz and has a screw top lid) or small (holds 1 oz). Because of differences in composition and cut, actual weight may vary based on tea variety.
