Celebes is located next to Sumatra in Indonesia, and some say that Celebes beans have a slightly sweeter taste than their Sumatran cousins. This coffee has an exceptional body and a slight acidity.

All Local Mountain fresh roasted coffee is whole bean and priced by the full pound (16 oz). Our coffee is packaged in a sealed opaque foil bag which features a one way valve to allow natural roasting gases to escape while keeping air out, resulting in longer lasting freshness, aroma, and flavor.
