Gelato is denser and creamier tasting than typical ice cream because it has very little air whipped into it and is made from a lower butterfat cream than most super premium ice creams. Our supplier uses fresh, natural fruit and nuts - most of which are grown right on their own grounds in Michigan - and imports genuine Tahitian vanilla and European chocolates.
